Marino Associates has its principle office located at 301 Wharton Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The firm found its origin as a result of the union of Steven F. Marino, Esquire and The Honorable Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice Kevin M. Dougherty. Mr. Marino and Justice Dougherty came to meet when working as Assistant District Attorneys in the Office of the Philadelphia County District Attorney. In 1994, determined to develop talented trial skills and pioneer an aggressive law firm to defend against injustice, they established the law firm of Marino & Dougherty, LLP.

Since the inception of Marino & Dougherty, LLP, Kevin M. Dougherty now serves as one of Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court Justices. In compliance with the Rules of Professional Responsibility, the firm changed its name to Marino Associates.
