Marino Invited to Speak at the Prestigious 10th Stockholm Arthroscopy and Rehabilitation Conference in Switzerland

We’re proud to share that Steven F. Marino, Esquire will join Scott Lynch, M.D. as a Keynote Speaker at the 10th Stockholm Arthroscopy & Sports Rehabilitation Conference, hosted by the Stockholm Sports Trauma Research Center (CIFU) at the world-renowned Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm, Sweden.
Their keynote lecture — “Protecting Medical Autonomy in Sports” — will be held on October 17, 2025 (11:30 AM – 12:00 PM) and will explore the vital intersection of sports medicine, institutional power, and professional ethics.
Attorney Marino’s participation reflects our firm’s deep commitment to protecting medical integrity and professional independence, building upon his successful representation of Dr. Scott Lynch, former Director of Athletic Medicine at Penn State University. That case resulted in a $5.25 million jury verdict affirming the rights of physicians to make patient-centered decisions free from institutional interference.
Dr. Scott Lynch is a prominent and internationally recognized orthopaedic sports medicine expert. Dr. Scott Lynch’s research interests include knee ligament and meniscal injuries, wrestling injuries and skin diseases, patellar instability, hip arthroscopy and hip pain in young patients, medical autonomy best practices and sports concussions.
